City by the Foggy Bay

After 8 hours across the Pacific Ocean, my mom and I are back in San Francisco, where it’s foggy. Really foggy. I miss Tokyo. Neither my body nor my iPhone has any idea where it is or what time it is. Usually there’s a saying about Big Game Week: No sleep until Big Game. Well, I seem to be succeeding at that without really trying. (And, honestly, I’d really like to get some sleep.)

But I’m headed to Point Reyes to visit Janet Fang, star intern at the Point Reyes Light. I get to ride Golden Gate Transit for the first time. Hopefully the fog will clear up a bit later.

P.S. Can anyone tell me what’s happened on Gossip Girl and The Hills in the past three weeks? Like in fiveĀ sentencesĀ or less?

    Gossip Girl:
I don’t know if I can do 5 sentences or less.

Monday was the Thanksgiving episode. Jenny was staying with Eric because she wanted to do her own fashion line and be all independent and her dad said no. But in the end she decides to come home and not divorce her parents. Blair’s mom is engaged to a man that is basically the opposite of their elite lifestyle, but he’s sincere and Blair is somewhat trying to like him. Serena and Aaron are exclusive and Aaron claims that he doesn’t care about Serena’s past. Nate’s dad was about to kidnap him and his mom for ransom but the FBI came to Vanessa and Chuck and they talked to Nate and Nate convinced his dad to turn himself in so he does. Jenny and Nate had a thing but that ended because of Nate’s family issues, but Nate writes Jenny a letter but she didn’t get it since she ran away. So Vanessa finds the letter and keeps it because she still likes Nate.

    Miss you!
